Requesting and approving absences
Employees request absences directly in the app—whether for vacation, time off in lieu, administrative procedures, or sick leave. Relevant documents, such as doctor’s notes, can be provided directly via the document upload function in the request form. LUNA not only makes it easy to submit requests, but also to approve them. Managers receive all bookings as an approval workflow on their smartphone and approve them with a single click.

Employees can use the app to access their digital personnel files and view and download documents—conveniently while on the go. Managers also have access to relevant documents and approval workflows. Role-based access rights ensure that sensitive personnel data remain protected.
