ABOUT THE POSITION
As an HR Consultant at moonsoft, you are part of a young and dynamic team that implements excellent HR software for customers with great enthusiasm. Whether at our customers' sites, remotely, or in national projects - as an HR Consultant, you work in many locations.
Your responsibilities will be just as varied:
- • Independent implementation and configuration of moonsoft HR modules according to legal requirements and customer needs
- • Support, training, testing, and solving related questions and challenges of our customers
- • Participation in development and ongoing optimization, release management, IT & business support, and accompanying national rollouts
- • Conducting requirements and training workshops at the customer's site
QUALIFICATIONS WE REWARD
- • Preferably two years of professional experience in implementing HR software or equivalent training
- • Enjoyment in working with HR and IT solutions, their optimization, and the conception of new solutions to best meet customer requirements
- • Strong technical understanding for data processing and analysis using Excel/SQL

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a payroll accountant at moonsoft, you are more than just responsible for payroll. You combine professional payroll expertise with modern HR software and support our customers both operationally in payroll processing and consultatively in the optimal use of our solutions. You are part of a young, dynamic team that implements and further develops innovative HR software with great enthusiasm. Whether remote, on-site with customers, or in national projects – your daily work remains varied.
Your responsibilities will be just as varied:
- • Supporting our customers in conducting ongoing payroll processing, taking into account all legal and collective agreement requirements as well as labor law, social security, and payroll tax issues
- • Support in the implementation and configuration of our payroll module
- • Participation in the analysis of customer requirements as well as in the optimization of payroll processes
- • Conducting training and workshops as part of software introductions
- • Close cooperation with consulting, development, and support
QUALIFICATIONS WE REWARD
- • Several years of experience in independent payroll processing
- • Very good knowledge of Austrian labor, social security, and payroll tax law
