The owner-managed company was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Vienna. Under the leadership of Mag. Matthias Mann, around 20 HR professionals and software developers are currently working on integrated HR solutions – free of system breaks, practice-oriented and of course GDPR-compliant.

This ensures that core HR processes become digital, consistent and audit-proof: from Recruiting and Onboarding to Time Tracking (including flexitime and shift models) & Absence Management, Payroll and Travel Management to Digital Personnel Files, Employee Development & Performance Appraisal and Employee Self-Services via web and mobile.
